Grief Through the Elements is an eight-week course that takes you on a personal grief tending journey through the elements of Earth, Water, Fire and Air.

This programme is a quiet invitation to explore grief tending in the comfort of your own home without the usual sharing or group interaction. It’s a beautiful way to begin your grief tending journey or perhaps as an integration experience after joining a group or retreat.

Each week you will be guided to tend to your own grief through an alchemy of meditation, grief tending teaching and guided practices. Together we will learn how to create a new relationship with grief, loss and love.
